Below is a list of foods that will help those who are fighting cancers, or want to ward off cancer as much as possible. Try and include one out of each group in your foods all day.

1)GARLIC, ONIONS, SCALLIONS


2)BLUEBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, AND POMEGRANATES


3)BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, BOK CHOY, CABBAGE


4)WINTER SQUASH, PUMPKINS, SWEET POTATOES, CARROTS


5)MUSHROOMS


6)PARSLEY, ROSEMARY, THYME, OREGANO, AND MINT


7)GINGER


8)TURMERIC AND CURRY


9)SEAWEED


10)GREEN TEA
